Survey Calendar

If you are planning on administering a survey, please submit a Data Request. In the request be sure to specify the purpose of the survey, how you will use the data, a description of the intended population, and preferred administration dates. If applicable, also attach IRB applications. After reviewing the Cal Lutheran Survey Calendar, a member of EEIR will contact you to schedule your survey and provide a sample distribution list. Contact eeir@callutheran.edu if you have questions or need assistance completing the Data Request Form.
