45 days ago Sandra learned to use a sewing machine to make fabric face mask to donate to 1st responders and essential workers. Not knowing how to sew she set a goal of 50 mask, because she wanted to do something for our community during these heart-wrenching times. I feel proud that 45 days later, she has made 700 fabric face mask and donated them all to our community heroes. With faith and determination, Sandra surpassed her original goal by 650! These are the types of people that represent the CalLutheran community, this is why I am proud to say that I belong to the CalLu Family.
