Gerardo Broussi is an Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Management at California Lutheran University, where he teaches courses in Agile Product Development and Business Plan Writing. A strategic IT project leader with over 20 years of global experience, he has guided organizations through digital transformation, product innovation, and AI-driven operations across industries including technology, finance, and manufacturing.
Broussi is the Managing Director of Brainspark, a consulting firm that helps clients integrate AI into project delivery and optimize digital and physical product execution. His past work includes leadership roles with Virgin Hyperloop, Toyota Financial Services, and Syngenta, where he managed multimillion-dollar transformation programs. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
