Faculty participants in the CHESS Project Faculty Learning Community (FLC) present a summary of the course redesign they implemented in the year-long program. The goal was to be culturally responsive to the needs and learning styles of underrepresented students, and to understand the challenges and barriers underrepresented students experience at an academic institution.
