Program Highlights

Ideal for people who want grounding in core business skills while they also pursue an area of passion, the Executive MBA in Europe features a rigorous curriculum.

This program follows a unique format that blends classroom learning with online education and a field trip, and can be completed in 15 months.

• Six online courses using our award winning e-Learning platform. In all online courses, Austrian students will share classes with US and, sometimes, other international students.
• Ten courses in Austria (Graz, Vienna, Linz), including select courses that are partially taught in Austria, and partially in California.
• 2-week immersion program in California including select coursework, guest lectures, company visits, New Venture Fair / Competition, and leisure activities.

All courses are instructed by full-time, part-time, or visiting faculty members. The School of Management at Cal Lutheran is home to a distinguished international faculty who are broadly experienced in a wide array of global private- and public-sector professional environments. The faculty maintain close and practical contact with business, industry, and government.

All graduate faculty have earned advanced educational degrees from highly-regarded international institutions of higher learning, and over 90% of our full-time faculty are doctorally qualified.
