Kim Looney '97 & Shannon Looney '97
Shannon was the brother of one of my friends boyfriends. We met in Sig's English class sophomore year. He was an annoying student who all he did was talk to the girls in the back of the room and skip class more often then not. Junior year he moved across the hall from my friend Evi Orologas in Conejo. Shannon's brother was dating Evi. Shannon always seem to end up where I was. In the Caf, at the Pub and Grub, walking where I was walking to class, etc. He was persistent that is for sure. We ended up together the Fall of 1995. Dated for 2 1/2 years. Got engaged at Corrigan's Steak House on Thousand Oaks Blvd with Stacy Dash (Bring it On) at the next table on April 15 1997 and were married on October 17, 1997 almost 3 years to the date we began dating. We have been married for 20 years, live in Lakewood, Ca and have 3 kids Michael 23, Jacob 18 and Benjamin 7.
