Career Paths in Entrepreneurship

If you’re pursuing a career as an entrepreneur, there’s really no title beyond that, especially in the early years of a startup. Every person on the founding team fulfills whatever role is needed for the situation. Second, for MBA’s who have an interest in entrepreneurship, careers tend to lean toward product management and sales.

Much of entrepreneurship education is about knowing who your customer is and what their needs are, as opposed to Human Resource, Organizational Behavior, Operations, or Finance. These are functions that often are outsourced at first.
