Counselors are the face of LRCC’s summer program. They spend each week directly interacting with campers, whether it be at El Camino Pines, the Luther Glen Farm, at a Day Camp or on the beach. Counselors spend two weeks in training. If you love working with kids, being a counselor could be right for you!
Learn how to navigate through salary negotiations with employers. You will learn how to conduct salary research & how to sell your skills when answering different types of questions.
Learn the secrets of being an amazing employee. This workshop will cover office etiquette, supervisor interactions, resolving problems, adapting to change, & communication at work.
