ESL & Multilingual Group

Anyone that speaks more than one language knows how it feels to have one mind constantly joggling multiple languages and world views at the same time! In order to advocate for linguistic diversity and promote conversation surrounding multilingual education and increased support for multilingual students, our TESOL intern and multilingual writing consultant, Israel, will be leading group sessions in the Writing Center for multilingual students!

Whether you are specifically an international student or a student whose first language wasn’t English, these group sessions are an opportunity for you to discuss your experiences as a second language learner in and out of the classroom. By the end of our time together, we will use these discussions to improve the Writing Center’s resources and support for multilingual speakers.
